Laura Gallego

Laura Gallego García was born on the 11 of October of 1977 in Quart de Poblet (Valencia)

At the age of 11 years she wrote with a friend the book "Zoddiaccía, un mundo diferente" (No published). She graduate in Filologia Hispánica.
At the age of 21 when he was studying Hispanic Philology, wrote the novel Finis Mundi, which won first prize in the contest "El Barco de Vapor" of the publishing house SM. His second prize in the contest "El Barco de Vapor" did it with his novel The legend of King Errante, a book that she felt better than the previous one.
His first novel was published Finis Mundi (1999), but gained greater popularity with his trilogy Chronicles de la Torre. Following this trilogy emerged a great interest in his work, especially on the Internet. But although his fame is mainly due to the juvenile novels, has also published works aimed at an audience of children (Back to the Isla Blanca, the postman of dreams), including the prelectores (series Alba). In 2004 began his second trilogy, titled Memorias de Idhún, notching up its biggest success so far, with over 350,000 copies sold. After this successful trilogy has published two other books: La emperatriz de los etéreos (2007) and its latest novelty Dos velas para el diablo(2008)
